On January 16th, China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations(CICIR) held the "International Strategy and Security Situation Assessment 2018/2019" release and international situation symposium at the Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing. Mr. Yuan Peng, President of CICIR delivered an opening remark.
