        On May 6-8, 2018, Amb. Su Ge, headed a delegation to attend the Standing Committee of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC) and related meetings in Jakarta, Indonesia. Mr. Yu Qingtai, Executive Vice Chair and Mr. Zhang Xianyi, Vice Chair also attended the meeting.

On May 6th, PECC held a meeting of the Trust Fund Committee and the Finance Committee. Amb. Su Ge and Executive Vice Chair Yu Qingtai attended the meeting and spoke at the meeting. On May 7th and 8th, the PECC “Asia-Pacific Connectivity Index” and “APEC post 2020 and Future Cooperation” signature projects held two breakfast task force meetings respectively. Vice Chair Zhang Xianyi attended and spoke on behalf of CNCPEC. On the afternoon of May 8, PECC held a standing committee, and the participating member economies discussed the progress of the PECC's work in the past year and the future work arrangements. They passed the member contribution reform plan and discussed the issue of the dual Amb.persons ,the signature projects and international projects and other related ussues. On behalf of CNCPEC, Amb. Su Ge clarified position on relevant issues and expressed that CNCPEC will continue to actively participate in PECC activities and contribute to Asia-Pacific economic cooperation.
