On September 23-24, 2019, Amb. Su Ge was invited to attend the 14th China-Singapore Forum held in Chongqing. Amb. Su Ge made a keynote speech on the topic of "China and Singapore in the Age of Centennial Changes". Amb. Su Ge said that China and Singapore are development opportunity for each other, and both country's interests are highly integrated. Entering a new era, the two sides should continue to deepen political trust and convergence of interests, respect each other's major concerns, and support each other on the road of further development. Both should continue to support economic globalization and multilateralism, promote the connection between the BRI and ASEAN Connectivity 2025, jointly build the New Land-Sea Corridor, accelerate the negotiation process of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), and promote stability, development and prosperity of the region and world.

The forum was organized by the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs and the East Asian Institute of National University of Singapore. The forum is an important track two diplomacy mechanism between China and Singapore. The forum is divided into closed meetings and open forums.
